Return & Exchange

Jamaeuis values each customer. It is important to us that all our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If goods you received have quality issues or are not as described, please notify us within one working day by email to hi@jamaeuis.com attaching pictures to illustrate the defective area. Upon receipt and after confirmation of the defects, we will then proceed to arranging a replacement/ exchange with our Korean supplier. Please refer details and rules below.

 

While we cannot accommodate every return, we will do our utmost to resolve issues for you as soon as possible so long they are within our acceptable Return & Exchange conditions. These conditions include defects (such as holes or torn fabric) found on received goods, wrong item/color/size delivered, discrepancy of +/-5cm found in measurements between the received good and the given size chart and a completely wrong order delivered.

 

Our regret that we cannot offer exchange or refund if you are unsatisfied with the style/ color/ size/ fabric quality and etc. Our non-exchangeable/refundable conditions include longer delivery time than expected, delay in delivery due to courier’s issue, color fading in denims and washed fabric, request for full refund when only partial order cannot be fulfilled due to out of stock. We also do not accept subjective reasons for returns such as small stains, loose thread, mild scratch on leather goods, color discrepancy, material not as expected or size not fitted as expected.

 

Please note that all returns must arrive our office within 2 working days after we send you the confirmation of your exchange request in order for us to process the exchange. A new exchanged item only as per the original order details will be arranged; request for an exchange to a different style/color/size will not be accepted.
